It is rigid and designed to be held in place using wall ties or retaining clips. The core of TW50 is made from high‑performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. Because it is fibre-free and dense, it does not sag, and it resists moisture effectively.

Both sides of the board are covered with a thin foil-facing (aluminium composite) that reflects radiant heat and enhances the board’s insulation.
