K Rend base coat HP12 is a high polymer primary base coat ideal for stipple coat and can be used over block work, masonry or stone backgrounds. K Rend base coat HP12 is polymer modified cement based to ensure flexibility and strength which only requires 1 coat as a backing for K rend finishes.
