The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 2-5 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date.

- Order between £0.01 - £249.99 ex VAT subjected to a delivery charge £90 ex VAT.
- Order value between £250 – £549.99 ex VAT delivery charge £50 ex VAT.
- Free delivery is available for orders above £550.00 ex VAT to the green areas on the map.

Description
ROCKWOOL High Expansion Intumescent Sealant is a water-based acrylic sealant containing graphite, making it the perfect solution to sealing various penetrations. Fire stopping of combustible services is ensured once the sealant reaches temperatures of 135°C and above, where it will expand and close any voids formed, to stop the passage of smoke and fire.

- Assured protection – ROCKWOOL High Expansion Intumescent Sealant offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance for a range of combustible pipes, metal pipes, cables and other permanent services.
- Versatile – this sealant can be used to protect various permanent services, such as single cables, bunches and insulated pipes.
- All-around suitability – appropriate for LUL surfaces and sub surface premises but must be installed in accordance to ROCKWOOL guidelines.
- Low maintenance – this High Expansion Intumescent Sealant requires no ancillaries, which makes it a cost-effective solution to fire protection.
- Storage Shelf life: up to 18 months when stored in accordance with instructions
- Application temperature: 5 to 35ºC
- Fire resistance: up to 4 hours
