There come a situation where overall SAAP calculation are very tight and everything counts.
Architect specified Kingspan kooltherm k103 insulation floorboard to be provided for floor build up and underfloor heating. Main contractor wanted to instal any board and we would have probably failed the final SAAP leading to abortive costs. Main advice, be on the lookout. Great selection and stock level and smooth delivery.
